Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Amir & Ree. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received.

  • Clothing must have all original tags attached and be returned in its original packaging when applicable.

  • Items that are damaged through customer use or returned without required packaging or tags may not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Please contact Amir & Ree before sending any item back. Include your order number and the item you would like to return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Please do not mail an item back to the address shown on your original package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. Photos may be requested so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be final sale or otherwise ineligible for return for hygiene, safety, or supplier-related reasons. Any product-specific restrictions will be stated on the product page when applicable.

Exchanges & Sizing

At Amir & Ree, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please review the product description and size chart carefully before ordering.

We do not currently offer direct size exchanges.

If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. As a courtesy, we may offer a one-time 15% discount toward purchasing the same item in a different size, subject to availability.

You may keep your original item; no return shipment is required for this sizing accommodation. Shipping charges and applicable taxes on the new order are calculated separately.

If you received a size different from the one you ordered, please contact us so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
